The location was favourable close to the city center. I had a king room included with good equipment and a cupboard, for instance. The staff and the owner were all amicable and helpful.
The bed of mine was pretty small.

This cozy hostel is located in a quiet neighborhood, making it easy to get to from downtown. It is also conveniently close to the bus terminal, perfect for travelers. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with friendly hosts who are always ready to help. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is free coffee and tea available.
The walls in the rooms are a bit thin, so noise from neighboring rooms can be heard at times.

The nearest airport was not too far away, so it was a breeze getting there. The Lutheran Temple being 3.2 km away gave me a convenient excuse to skip Sunday morning mass.
Oh, how I loved walking 2.3 km to Pelluco Beach, it was such a delight.

The owner was super friendly and made us feel welcome despite the language barrier. The room was perfect for us and great value for money. The shared kitchen had all the facilities we needed. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the waterfront and close to a great restaurant. The hosts even provided transportation to the airport and bus terminal.
The double bed was a bit small for two people.

I always come back because this cozy place has a helpful staff. They took care of my sweet old parents. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, paid airport shuttle, laundry, and a TV room. Can't wait to come back for my next trip.

The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the well-equipped kitchen was a bonus. Despite being located a bit outside of downtown, the quieter neighborhood was a nice change of pace and still easily accessible. The shared bathrooms were always clean and stocked. The location was great for the waterfront and the hosts recommended an amazing restaurant nearby. The owner's warm welcome and limited language barrier didn't stop them from ensuring we had a fantastic stay. The room was perfect for us and the shared kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Communication before the stay was smooth and the location was just a short taxi ride from the bus station. a super satisfactory stay with mind-blowing hospitality and GREAT value for money.

I recently stayed at "Mi Hostal Tu Casa" in Puerto Montt for a week-long vacation. The location is perfect, close to the waterfront and within walking distance of the amazing restaurant, Fuente de Aji. The owners, Patricia and Jose, were absolutely wonderful and made me feel like family. They even provided airport and bus terminal transportation. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, and for the price, it was a great deal. I will definitely be staying here again when I'm back in South America.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The single room at Mi Hostal Tu Casa exceeded my expectations. It had all the necessary kitchenware, including an electric kettle and tea/coffee maker. I loved being able to prepare my own meals and enjoy a cup of coffee in the comfort of my room. It truly felt like a home away from home.
The shared bathroom was the only downside for me. It was not a dealbreaker, but I would have preferred a private bathroom.

The property was conveniently located near the airport, making it easy for me to catch my flight. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay.
The bed was so small, it felt like I was sleeping in a doll's house. Ridiculous!

The nearest airport was conveniently close, just a hop and a skip away. The Lutheran Temple was a long trek, but worth it for the views. The property's location was perfect for beach lovers like me, a mere stroll away from Pelluco Beach.
Oh, and how could I forget the delightful surprise of having to pay extra for a "double" room that wasn't really a double? Such a charming touch!
